Welcome to my New Blog Page. I created this blog to connect with my fans, friends, and clients. There are a lot of exciting things coming in 2009. First off, I am anticipating an invite for the 2009 Arnold Classic Figure International. I work my butt of this year so it will be a great honor to be able to compete in Columbus in March. We'll have to wait and see. Tight Curve from BodyWell Nutrition launched a body transformation and the winner will be announced at the Arnold. I'm excited that I get to participate as a "trainer." I have 10 ladies gearing up to do some major damage. Life is great, I'm blessed no matter how the economy is going. I have more than enough to keep me going. Be sure to drop a line here!
